Certificates
Rule: YOU print, we stamp and sign
the school issues certificates of attendance that you might need in order to grasp a credit or two at your home institution. In order to get a certificate, you need to
1. download this file (.doc)
2. fill in your name on the first line
3. cut out the courses that you did not attend (or don't want to be certified for)
4. add any information that suits you or is relevant for your home institution
5. print out the file (there is a Xerox shop on the other side of Mamaia Boulevard right opposite the dorm entry)
6. put it in the Certificate box that will be in the EGG room (2nd floor dorm), which will be open from Monday to Wednesday (week 2) after classes (6:15 pm - 7:30 pm)
7. collect it in the signed and stamped Certificate in the EGG room on Thursday after classes.

Grant payout
Rule: no bills, no money
1. grant recipients will get their money (in cash: Euros) on Thursday after classes: please come to my room (216 dorm) from 6:30 pm on
2. you will have to give me a piece of paper which demonstates that you have made an expense for travel (or related: visa etc.). This piece of paper may be the original of the bill, or a copy thereof. There are no xerox facilities in my room (or in the EGG room), so you have to do the xeroxing somewhere else (there is a Xerox shop on the other side of Mamaia Boulevard right opposite the dorm entry).
3. if you don't have a bill for some expense, you may try to convince me that the expense is real, and that there is a good reason why you can't come up with a bill (like you used the toilet somewhere and the toilet lady does not issue bills).
