Effective 01 September 2018, the Professional Master’s in Energy, Materials, and Environment (Master Pro EME) will be renamed as:

Professional Master’s in N.I.C.E. 1: Nano & Materials, Industry & Management, Conception & Quality, and Energy & Environment


The program aims to train scientists, engineers, and innovators to achieve the necessary skills to design and realize projects concerning energy, materials, and the environment that are of high quality yet very cost-effective

  • Targeted skills:

    • Conception or design of technical solutions to industrial problems
    • Project management
    • Aptitude to quality, energy, environmental, and security assessment audits
    • Lean management

 

  • Targeted jobs:

    • R&D scientists and engineers
    • Project managers
    • Business managers
    • Pursue a PhD degree (Manager after a PhD)

In parallel to the Professional Master’s program, you will be able to acquire the necessary conditions to become a CNAM engineer!


Master Pro N.I.C.E. (1styear) 

(formerly known as Master Pro EME)

Apprenticeship training: 15 days in the university – 15 days in the industry


Professional Master’s in Materials, Quality, Management (2ndyear)

(to be renamed as Professional Master’s in N.I.C.E. 2 effective academic year 2019/2020)

Apprenticeship training: 2 days in the university – 3 days in the industry

All the courses can be offered via distance and open education (e-learning, web conferences).


Application period for the academic year 2018/2019 will be from February 2018 to May 2018

Remarks:

If you do not have an apprenticeship contract at the time of your application, you can submit a blank document.

The application files will be evaluated and an apprenticeship contract may be provided later.


The professional master’s training is co-authorized by:

  • Université de Nice Sophia Antipolis (UNS)
  • Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM)
  • And is actively supported by l’Ecole National Supérieure des Mines de Paris (ENSMP) and by the Centre de Mise en Forme des Matériaux (CEMEF) located in Sophia Antipolis.
