Session 1 - REPLICA x2
Review
Meetings. Everyone present in class must attend the meeting, and
only those who were in class can attend the meeting.
Complete contact info sheets.
Start a group diary, for example a notebook in which all the main points
are summarized and noted down. This will be the basis of your group
portfolio, from which you will write your end of class report.
Name & logo. Brainstorm a name and logo for your group (team).
Choose something relatively simple, memorable, and positive sounding.
Discuss REPLICA in your group. Fill out the Group REPLICA Debriefing
form. Note letter of group, names of people, date, start and end times,
meeting place.
Preparation for next session
Presentation. Prepare a short PowerPoint presentation, 10 mins max.
Summarize the main feelings, results, points, ideas, impressions, etc. of your
REPLICA experience and debriefing. Practice the presentation. Have
it ready for the next class.
Discuss Team Duties. Enter your ideas in the first column of the
"Team roles & duties" form.
Report
To save time later, start your group report. Do sections 1, 2 and 3.
The first part will be about REPLICA.
Details on how to do your report are here. Keep it as short as
possible. Bring to next class, so that I can see if things need to be
changed.
Session 2 - Presentations; Preferences wheel
Review
Prepare a graphic representation of how each person in your
group fits together in regard to preferences. It may be using the wheel
from class; it may be another form. You may use the labels from the class
wheel; you may use other labels (for example that you find in documents on the
web or in teams on this web site.
Preparation for next session
- Presentation. Prepare a short PowerPoint presentation, 5 mins.
Include: Present your group wheel; discuss how much it reflects what you
feel and think about each person and the group; indicate what implications it
has for each person and for the emerging team.
- Finish all things not done from Session 1, and show in class.
- Be prepared to show your diary.
