PARTICIPATION WITH COMMUNICATION (ORAL/POSTER)
Instructions for authors
Keynote communication. The official language for all keynote lectures is English. Each presentation should last no more than 25 minutes, which includes discussion period. The projectors will be set to a ratio 4: 3. The computers of the conference will be equipped with Windows 7 Pro 64 bits and Office 2013 (to be confirmed). If you choose to use your personal computer, you will need your own VGA connector.
Oral communication. The official language for oral presentation is English. The slides for all oral presentations should also be written in English. Each presentation should last no more than 15 minutes, which includes discussion period. The projectors will be set to a ratio 4: 3. The computers of the conference will be equipped with Windows 7 Pro 64 bits and Office 2013 (to be confirmed). If you choose to use your personal computer, you will need your own VGA connector.
Poster communication. The official language for poster presentations is English. Posters must be in portrait-oriented layout. The maximum size for a poster is A0 (841 mm × 1189 mm). During the poster session, one of the authors must be present at the designated times to answer questions from attendees. Authors will be informed of the day and time of the poster session.
