Guest editing a symposium issue of S&G

From time to time, a Guest Editor prepares a theme or special issue (or symposium) of S&G on a particular theme or area of interest. The Guest Editor either proposes a symposium or is invited by the Editor. It is possible to co-guest-edit, i.e., for more than one person to guest-edit a theme issue.

Several symposium issues have already been published or are currently in preparation. In principle, most topics can form the basis of a special issue. Almost all the topics of papers published in S&G could be expanded into a special issue.
